What it does

The bed is a HydroMassage 440 G3: jets of warm water under a waterproof surface, so you stay dry and clothed. It's a low-effort way to loosen up the back and legs after lifting.

Good on its own or as the last stop on a recovery circuit.

You can adjust the speed and pressue to find a program that suits your unique needs.

How to use it

Before you go in.

01 · Lie back, clothes on. You stay dry. The water's under the surface.

02 · Set the zone. The control lets you aim the jets at your back or your legs.

03 · Fifteen minutes. That's the standard cycle.

04 · Adjust the pressure. Turn it down if it's too strong. It should feel good, not intense.
