The pod is a Cocoon Wellness Pod: you lie inside and red and near-infrared light surrounds you. A lot of members use it for muscle recovery and skin, and it's about as low-effort as recovery gets, no heat or cold to brace for.
It's also got a built-in vibrating massage that works through your back and legs while you're in there, which helps loosen tight muscles and gets circulation going, so it's doing a little of the work for you. And there's a Himalayan salt block inside that gives the air a calmer, cleaner feel, the kind of thing that makes it easy to actually unwind.
You just lay back and relax. Easy to add to the end of a session while you cool down.
01 · Climb in and lie back. The pod surrounds you with light, so there's no positioning to fuss with.
02 · Eyewear's on the hook. Use the goggles inside the pod.
03 · Ten to fifteen minutes. That's the standard session. No need to go longer.
04 · Bare skin works best. Light doesn't do much through clothing.
